Message from the Board - march 2025

Dear Members,

I would like to begin by thanking everyone who took part in the electoral process, especially those who entrusted their vote to me and to the team that now assumes the leadership of the MG Clube de Portugal. We embrace this challenge with a deep sense of responsibility, confident that, together, we can continue to strengthen and energize our club.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to the outgoing board members, especially to the former president, Isabel Tinoco, for the work carried out during the last term. Their dedication and commitment were instrumental to the club’s growth and to keeping alive the spirit of unity and sharing that defines us. We count on their experience and support to ensure a smooth transition and to continue building an ever-stronger club.

Our priority will be to continue the excellent work already done, while also bringing new ideas and initiatives to enrich the club’s activities and encourage greater member participation. We have already begun implementing some of these initiatives, such as launching the Monsaraz week-end, and we are preparing new activities, including a tour along the iconic Estrada Nacional 2, a visit to the Mira de Aire Caves, and a mechanics workshop to deepen our knowledge of our MG cars.

We reaffirm our commitment to an open and participatory approach to club management. As stated in our election manifesto, we will soon launch a survey to gather your opinions on the club’s operations, past events, and future activities. We believe the strength of the MG Clube de Portugal lies in its members, which is why we want to hear your suggestions and count on your engagement.

Thank you all for your support and trust. We look forward to sharing this new chapter with you and to working together so that our club continues to grow and provide unforgettable experiences for all MG enthusiasts.

Octagonal greetings,
Tiago Lousada
President of the Board
MG Clube de Portugal
